The AIM of our club is to promote the safe flying of fixed wing types of radio control models and is associated to and supports the British Model Flying Association (BMFA)

In order not to conflict with our sister heli field , fixed wing frequencies are limited to 55 – 74 MHZ and 2.4 GHZ.

 Welcome to the Mereside Fixed Wing Model Club. We are a Friendly club with a good mixture of members abilities, ranging from beginners to the very experienced.

We are still looking for new members to join our club and the good news is that we have held last years membership fees for 2009/2010. See the membership form for current fees
